Kew Palace is located in the grounds of the Royal Botanical Gardens Kew.
Originally built as the country retreat for a rich London merchant in 1631. The palace has a red brick façade and curved dutch gables very typical of the period. George III was the palaces most famous resident both in his younger days and latterly to retreat to during his incidents of madness
