A country park situated around a reservoir. Fishing is available; also a nature reserve, nature trail, wooded areas, picnic sites, an adventure playground, guided walks and a visitor centre. The Park extends over approximately 130 acres of attractive countryside; the central feature is a canal-feeder reservoir fringed by wetlands and surrounded by areas of woodland and meadow. Access to this tranquil site is encouraged with paths and nature trails, a ranger service and a programme of guided walks. A programme of Environmental Education Activities. A Community Orchard.
