This very popular foreshore contains the only sand dunes in East Sussex and provides andideal family beach with a wide expanse of sand fronting the dunes. The beach is zoned and an eight knot speed restriction applies inshore. There are a number of bars and restaurants within walking distance, traditional and modern.
